I have read a book called "What Is Your Dream?" if I translate the Japanese title into English. This book is about children's lives in poverty in Asia. Have you read this book? My favourite baseball player mentioned this book on his blog, so that is how I knew this book, and why I bought the book!

One of the things I leaned new is that we should be aware of the cost of transporting aids when we come to want to help. I once, brought my old clothes for a charity, but I didnt understand the important point of the charity at that time. Since transporting itself costs a lot, we shouldn't give stuff when we cannot raise money for the transporting. In the book, it is also said that when it comes to clothes, the cost is even higher bcz they have to be disinfested, and packed. and when the aids are transported from such a rich country like Japan, they try to charge much more tax on the aids.

When I brought my clothes for the charity, I thought I was doing good thing, but it was not enough to make the world betta. This is very the 'why' we shouldn't take action without thinking. We should act with logical resons if we want to be responsible and appropriate to help one another.
