Girl, my life has been so confusing, as I have been doing job searching recently. I have replied to lots of companies' info, and visited lots of companies info seminars. Then! today I just had a very my first job interview! This is wow, isn't it? I did not feel that I prepared enogh, but every student in this season is like that, so during the interview, I could see that no one could do a very great job. If I pass, they will inform me a next interview. If I do not pass, that is that. There are lots more seminars of other companies to go. Please send me a good luck! Actually, job search is fun. I can meet many working people at different offices and many other uni students majoring in different studies. Oh, I hope that I can get the job I really hope for!

After the interview, I visited UNICEF's Osaka office to attend to volunteer staff members meeting. I was amazed to see that everyone spoke up here and there for opinions and ideas to make the Osaka office better. Who say Japanese people never speak up? Who say Japanese people like to say yes to hide? Today, at the meeting, I wanted the world who misunderstands Japanese people to watch us. The volunteer staff tried to be very careful and polite not to hurt others' opinions when they told their opinions. The topic was actually a quite difficult one: how 'volunteering' should be? Volunteering cannot be forced to do or there should not be sanctions for the activities. However, it is not fair when some people are always busy working while others are chatting. Volunteering staff should not be paid their transportation's fee just to get together for chatting. At Osaka office, there are too many volunteering staff members resistered, and not enough things to do. So what should be done so that everyone will be more motivated, and want to come and visit gain, making Osaka office better? I guess my readers' comments will help us:) Let's think of UNICEF!
