Norway is beautiful

Norway is beautiful because Munch is wonderful.. not that!
Norway is beautiful because poeple and porcelain are beautiful. I went to Norway in this March, and I felt heartwarming so much for the way people are there. Norsk people are smiley and talkative. They don't wait to be asked, but they speak to people first. Then for me, it was easy to get helps when I got lost even alone in a foreign place, and when I was looking for something in the porcelain shop, people were so cooperative, trying various ways to find the product that I could get lots of information about what I searched for.

I met a beautiful lady in a porcelain shop in Stavanger, who told me lots of things about porcelain over Europe. They don't manufacture porcelain in Norge because personnel cost and tax are too high, but they sell various porcelain importing over Europe. All is so beautiful. We cannot see such fine, many porcelain in Japan. Italians were monotone, simple and stylish. Finnish tea cups were so colourful, having lots of lovely patterns all around. There were very cute Finnish egg stands, I wanted to buy some for souvenirs, but it was around NOK 60/ea, so I just enjoyed seeing them. I also wanted to buy a tea-egg float, that was German product. I promised with the lady in the shop that we don't give up finding it, and we will inform each other in August when they do a stock inventory next time.

How many people living in Japan ever get a chance to go to Norway? I appreciate that I got the chance this time, and I am really glad to meet many lovely, smiley people there.

Tusen takk, Norsk people;)
