Some days ago, I found a great artist. Actually, I do not know the artist's face directly, but I saw the artist's drawing, and it was so wonderful and dreamy^^. Thoses days, many drawings that children did have been displayed at stations along Keihan Line.
I really liked seeing lots of those kids' drawings of "Dream Trains" at Hirakatashi Station everyday. All of the paintings let me feel that children's ideas are really creative, artistic and very original. I just love to see them^^. I saw various kinds of trains on each poster there. For example, one kid painted a Keihan Train exactly same as real one. One kid painted a pink train. One kid painted an aqua train that swims in ocean with dolphins and other sea animals. One train had many rooms inside of it. I think there was one that goes in space! Even 1-year-old kid's drawing was desplayed there. Many people enjoyed those arts when the pased the displayed posters. I wish I could spend more time to see all the pictures.
Then, I bumped into an amazing art at Yodoyabashi Station. I checked the kid's name of my favourite drawing, but I am not sure if I can say his full name here. I worry if I need a permission or not. Maybe saying only his first name is fine, you think?? Well, the great artist is Takuya. Though drawings around Takuya's are also pretty and creative, Takuya's poster caught my eyes at once. The title of Takuya's drawing is "Peace Poster". He painted one tree. Well, one tree, then what? you thought? Guess what, Takuya's tree has lots of leaves, and the leaves are many countries flags! Isn't this a great idea? If someone tells me to do drawing, I cannot have such idea. The countries' flags' are shaped like leaves, and they look very different from each other, but every leaf is connected to one branch, and all branches grow from one big trunk. I was just impressed by this idea so much, and this drawing made me smile^^. I really want everyone to see his poster. I hope some day, the world we live can be as one just like Takuya's "Peace Poster".

Oh no, there are too many things I want to blog about, and there was not enough time. I am going to introduce each topic with a little information, so please comment on what you are interested in.

As I heard from Yoko.W, the most beautiful English word is 'Mother'. People whoes native language is not English think so. The list also has some words like 'Passion', 'Smile', and 'Love'. The word 'Father' is not in the top 70! Wow, isn't it?

December 1st is the world Aids day that people think about the disease. This year, an university in Kuala Lumpur made a decoration of a big red ribbon with more than 10,000 balloons. Did you know that a red ribbon is a simbol of letting people know and understand about Aids?

We learned about Energy Crisis in Scott's class, right? There is a poll which Asahi nespaper company did in Japan about Energy issue. According to the poll, 86% people think that it is okay to have a life that they have to save energy. 6% people do not think so.

Do you know Summy? I think the spelling of her name is not correct, as I just watched a tv program about her. Summy is a woman who owns a hotel in California. At the hotel, Summy welcomes anyone from all around the world, and people who come to the hotel get together at the breakfast, and then, they talk about peace. They think how to make the world better, and tell what they do to make the world better each other. Summy also does drawing. She designs the peace mark in various way on her pintings. They looked pretty! Have you ever heard of her?

There is a German student whoes name is Mike Bratzke. Mike went to North Korea to help schools and hospitals. He says that he is sometimes confused thinking that keeping the help can really change the situation or not. He still keeps the support because he thinks of children. He visited a home for orphans, and saw sick children who did not even have power to cry. Those children showed him wonderful smiles when he gave them toys for Christmas. He wants Japan to keep communication with North Korea patiently.

Here is an Environmental one! December is the month that people think about air pollution in Japan, do you know that? I found an news article about that, and a famous talent, Otoha talked about environment. She says that eco-cars are good. Do you like Otaha? I do! She is pretty, isn't she? I think Japanese acters should paticipate in those activities more because famous people have strong chances to let people think about lots of issues like environment, charities, donations, etc. Do you know any acter who works for those activities? You know, my favourite singer, Namie Amuro donated money to help sick people in Taiwan and South Korea when she held a concert there!

Unicef showed a table of reasons that children around the world die for. It says that 11,000,000 younger than 5 years old children dies a year. The reasons are lack of care around the birth, pneumonia from catching a cold, dehydration from diarrhea, malaria, measles, HIV/Aids, and others. Did you notice? All those reasons can be prevented if there are anyibiotics or vaccines for the children. Unicef asks us for donations to prevent those deaths of children around the world. I remembered that Mio and Mo-chan visited Unicef, and they said that staffs there were very kind and friendly. I am still curious about it, and I want to visit there. Where was it? Let's visit Unicef!

Are you curious to some of those above? See, I cannot choose one from those to blog about! Now, I gtg to work on a report for Human Rights' class. I do not have enough time! Oh no-!
